At Midtown Makers Gift Shop, we offer a diverse range of craft workshops designed to inspire creativity and bring people together. From arts and crafts sessions to more specialised classes such as crocheting for beginners, sewing, wet felting, photography, and quilting, there's something for everyone.
These workshops are tailored to help participants start or enhance a new skill or hobby, providing a supportive and friendly environment. Additionally, we host charity events where attendees can enjoy great company while contributing to meaningful causes. Nuno Felted Floral Scarf Workshop

Come and learn to paint beautiful flowers with wool fibre, yarn and silks on to fine silk chiffon. I will help you create your own unique design of scarf or hanging. Your finished piece will be approximately 145cm long and 34cm wide.
This workshop is suitable for beginners and more experienced felters, please note that physically this is a moderately strenuous workshop.

Screen Print Ceramic Bunting

As part of our August Craft Month celebrations - Tutor Áine McGuckin Ceramics:
A screen printing on clay taster event, making your own colourful bunting.
This 2 hour session will see you make colourful clay bunting, decorated using the screen print method, for indoor or out door use.
Suitable for age 14+, under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
Each participant will make 6 bunting flags which will be taken away for firing and returned to Mid town makers for collection 2 weeks later.

Located in the prestigious Midtown Makers Gift Shop, this open plan facility includes tables, chairs, accessible toilet, free Wi-Fi and a welcoming relaxed environment accommodating up to 12 individuals.
Booking can be made on an hourly basis between 10.00am and 4pm Monday to Saturday excluding public and bank holidays. Booking must be inclusive of your preparation time for set up and dismantling.

Hourly/Day Workspace offers office space for the delivery of business and community working, whether you need a private room for a video call or in person meetings.
Located in the Business Hub, this workspace facility includes up to 4 desks, chairs, electric sockets, lift access, Wi-Fi and a welcoming professional environment. Additionally, it features access to a modern kitchen and washroom amenities, providing convenience and comfort for both short and extended stays.
Booking can be made on an hourly basis between 10am and 4pm Monday to Saturday excluding public and bank holidays.
