Pamela from The Bakery Room is selling her traybakes, loaf cakes as well as shortbread and flakemeal here in Ballymena. All cakes, biscuits and traybakes are made by Pamela in her unit in Ballymoney. She uses good quality, and local ingredients where she can, and most importantly her bakes are super tasty.

Granny Shaw’s is situated in the sleepy village of Broughshane in Co Antrim, nestled on the edge of the Glens of Antrim. On the grounds of a 200 year old woollen mill renamed Raceview Mill you can find our little factory.

On a daily basis we make our nostalgic range of confections using old Victorian recipes and natural ingredients. Expect to find Fudge, Tablet, Macaroon and Coconut Ices. Our fudges are made using only the freshest ingredients and Irish butters. The freshness of our fudge is what is key in delivering the ultimate taste sensation.
